Ben-Tsur Joseph, Founder and Chairman

Mr. Joseph has extensive experience in military operations, particularly UGV operations. Today, he continues to work closely with InRob's key clients. His previous business experience includes managing publicly traded companies in the electrical and real estate industries. Mr. Joseph's military service was in an elite unit of the Israeli Air Force.

Nissim Lavi, CEO

Mr. Lavi joined the company at its inception in 1988 and became CEO in 1999.  He has extensive experience in all aspects of the company's operations, and a specific expertise in UGV operations. Mr. Lavi previously served as an officer in an IDF combat unit which gave him first-hand knowledge of military operations.

Edward Waks, CFO

Mr. Zachs is an experienced finance manager with previous management experience in Israel and Russia.

Shimon Shamay, Head of R&D and Engineering

For the past 10 years Mr. Shamay has led all robotic developments in the company. He was previously an officer in the IDF, which gave him a unique perspective regarding robotics opportunities and potential.
